About the Role
You’ll lead a friendly and accomplished nursing team at a modern, purpose-built veterinary practice. This role is an ideal progression for an experienced RVN who wants to provide clinical leadership, mentor fellow RVNs, VCAs, and students, and uphold high standards in both care delivery and client service.
About the Practice
Based in Morden, the clinic is part of a national, independent veterinary group known for its state-of-the-art facilities and supportive culture. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of six vets—including colleagues working toward certificates in ECC and surgery—and supported by a strong reception team. Continuous development and specialism are highly encouraged across teams.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident, engaged, and motivated RVN with strong clinical leadership skills. You’ll thrive in mentoring others, supporting professional development, and helping drive clinical service delivery across nursing and support staff. Leadership experience and excellent communication are essential.
