About The Role

 

Candor Vets are delighted to present an exciting opportunity, for an experienced veterinary professional to step into a Clinical Director role, at a well-established small animal hospital in Leicester.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, with the role split 80% clinical and 20% non-clinical, based solely at the practice’s flagship hospital site.

This position offers the perfect balance between clinical excellence and leadership, allowing you to shape the direction of the hospital, while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care.

 

About The Practice

 

This RCVS-accredited hospital is home to a large, friendly, and highly skilled team of 29 vets, including certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care.

The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including:

  • In-house CT scanner
  • Dental suites with digital X-ray
  • Video endoscopy
  • ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope and arthroscopy
  • Advanced ophthalmology equipment

They are proudly Cat Friendly Certified across all branches and hold a Gold Award at the hospital site.
