Purpose Built Modern Practice | 1 in 4 Weekends | Real Clinical Development

If You Are Ready to Feel Part of Something Growing

If you are an RVN who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy clinical environment, and wants to feel genuinely valued by your team, this could be exactly the step forward you have been waiting for.

The Opportunity

We are working with a purpose built, modern veterinary practice in Lincoln that is building something special. As the newest site within a respected and growing group, this clinic has been designed from the ground up with both patient care and team wellbeing in mind.

They are looking for a full time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their established nursing team. Not simply to fill a rota gap, but to become part of a collaborative, forward thinking environment where nurses are encouraged to use their full skill set and continue developing professionally.

You will be joining a friendly, close knit team with a broad range of clinical interests. Several team members are actively working towards certificates, and there is a strong culture of learning and sharing knowledge. If you enjoy being hands on, supporting colleagues, and embracing a varied caseload, you will feel at home here.

Why This Role Is Different

A Practice Built for Modern Nursing

This is a fully purpose built clinic equipped with up to date technology to support high standards of care. Being the newest practice in the group, the facilities have been thoughtfully designed to make your day run smoothly and safely.

A Team That Invests in Development

Many of the vets and nurses are either certificate holders or currently studying towards advanced qualifications. CPD is not a tick box exercise here. It is actively encouraged, funded, and aligned with your interests.

A Culture That Feels Human

This is a genuinely friendly team who enjoy working together. From community fundraising initiatives to appearing on national television programmes, there is a shared sense of pride and camaraderie that extends beyond the consulting room.

Structured but Fair Rotas

This is a full time, 40 hour role with a 1 in 4 weekend commitment, allowing for consistency while maintaining balance. Expectations are clear and rotas are planned to support the whole team.

Your Journey Here

In Your First Month

You will focus on settling into the team, understanding workflows, and getting comfortable with the clinic’s equipment and systems. Support will be there as you find your feet.

By Three Months

You will be confidently managing your nursing duties across a varied caseload, contributing ideas, and starting to shape your own CPD pathway.
