4 day week. Purpose built facilities. Real investment in your growth.

Looking for a Nursing Role Where You Are Truly Valued?

If you are an experienced RVN who thrives on variety but wants to feel genuinely supported, not stretched thin, this could be the role you have been waiting for.

The Opportunity

We are working with a purpose built, spacious veterinary practice in Warrington that has built its reputation around delivering exceptional clinical care alongside outstanding client service. This is not a team content with standing still. They are constantly refining, improving and investing in their people.

They are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse who wants to be part of that journey. Someone who enjoys getting stuck in, supports their colleagues without hesitation and communicates with warmth and clarity.

This is a full time position across 4 days per week, with a 1 in 4 weekend rota and duty nights, giving you both consistency and variety in your week.

You will be joining a nursing team that values collaboration over hierarchy, and learning over ego. The caseload is varied, the facilities are excellent, and the appetite for development is very real.

Why This Role Is Different

A Practice Designed For Quality Care

You will work in a modern, purpose built clinic with spacious treatment areas and facilities designed to support high standards of care, day and night. The environment allows you to nurse properly, not just rush from task to task.

A Team Invested In Clinical Growth

Many team members are actively working towards certificates, broadening the services they can offer and deepening their clinical expertise. CPD is not an afterthought here. It is embedded across all levels of the practice, with ongoing initiatives to close skill gaps and support professional development.

A Culture Of Collaboration

This is a team that backs each other. They are looking for someone who enjoys being hands on, who steps in to support colleagues and who values open, respectful communication. If you enjoy being part of a unit that pulls together during busy shifts, you will feel at home here.

Stability With Progression

As part of a growing and forward thinking group, the practice offers both the stability of an established structure and the momentum of continuous improvement. You are not stepping into a static role. You are stepping into something that is evolving.

Your Journey Here

In Your First Month:
You will focus on integrating into the team, understanding clinical protocols and getting comfortable with the workflow. You will build relationships with vets, fellow nurses and reception colleagues so you feel fully part of the practice.

By Month Three:
You will be confidently managing a varied caseload, supporting surgical and medical cases and contributing ideas to improve patient care and efficiency. You will likely have identified CPD areas that excite you.

By Month Six:
You will be a trusted member of the nursing team, potentially pursuing additional training or certificates, and actively shaping how the team develops its services and clinical standards.
