About the Practice
This friendly small animal practice in Farncombe, Surrey has a tight-knit team of 1 Vet, 1 Nurse, 1 ANA, and a dedicated reception crew. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional patient and client care in a welcoming, collaborative environment where every team member’s contribution is valued.
The Role
As the sole Senior RVN, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of nursing within the practice, ensuring smooth clinical operations and top-quality patient care.
Your duties will include:

Conducting nurse consults and managing patient admissions/discharges

Anaesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing
-
Providing in-patient care and recovery support
-
Performing laboratory work
-
Maintaining Health & Safety and practice standards compliance

Training and mentoring the ANA/SVN
Who We’re Looking For
-
A qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered)
-
Confident working in sole charge, running nurse clinics, and managing complex anaesthetics

A strong communicator with a passion for high clinical standards and excellent patient care
