The Role
This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week, including a 1:4 weekend rota, with no out-of-hours requirements. You’ll deliver high-quality first opinion care, build lasting relationships with clients, and work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years of experience, including one year of UK practice. You’ll have a genuine interest in early diagnostics, strong clinical follow-through, and a commitment to continuous learning.
You should be confident in managing routine surgical and medical cases, able to communicate clearly, and enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and consistency in patient care.
About the Practice
This modern, purpose-built practice offers a light, spacious environment and is fully equipped with digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and dedicated surgical and consulting rooms.
The team includes 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a strong supportive reception team. Many of the team are pursuing further qualifications, with structured mentorship and certificate support available.
Work Culture & Development
The team fosters an encouraging, learning-focused culture, where everyone has the opportunity to grow. With several vets and nurses working toward certifications, there’s a strong emphasis on clinical development, collaboration, and sharing expertise across all levels.
