Are you a veterinary nurse looking for the next exciting step in your career? Do you seek a role that enables you to utilise your nursing skills and make a difference? Our client, a unique Community Interest Company, is currently seeking a nurse who shares their mission of making veterinary care more accessible and affordable. The diverse caseload this position offers will allow your nursing skills to shine.
You will find a supportive and inclusive culture that values each individual's contribution. The practice operates without hierarchy, fostering an environment where every team member contributes to their shared commitment to clinical excellence.
This is a full-time permanent position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse. The practice is a unique Community Interest Company, being the only veterinary CIC in the UK to date. Their primary focus isn't solely on maximising profits; instead, they are dedicated to delivering on their mission and ensuring enough profit to sustain their business in the long term. Their vision is clear: No pet should go untreated or face euthanasia when there is a viable treatment option. They firmly believe that pet ownership should be accessible to all, acknowledging that individuals earning the Real Living Wage may encounter challenges in affording veterinary care when their pet falls ill. In response, they aim to assist. Their free consultations and transparent pricing enable their vets and nurses to break down the barriers that stand in the way of pets receiving the treatment they need.
