The Opportunity
We are working with a large, well-established multi-site veterinary group across Somerset and Wiltshire, that has built something many practices aspire to but few achieve: genuine clinical collaboration at scale, without losing its sense of community.
This is not about stepping away from practice. It is about stepping up. You will lead clinical standards across a team of 24 vets and more than 50 nurses, shaping how medicine is delivered while still staying connected to the work that matters.

Across the group you will find laparoscopic equipment, digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, full dental staging, orthopaedic capability, laser therapy, isolation wards and an onsite lab. There is also access to CT at the main hospital site.

Your Journey Here
In Your First Month
You will focus on understanding the structure of the group, building relationships with clinical leads and getting a clear picture of how each site operates. You will listen first, gaining trust and insight.
In Your First 3 Months
You will begin shaping clinical consistency across sites, supporting senior team members and mentoring vets. You will start influencing KPIs, workflows and clinical standards with confidence.
In Your First 6 Months
You will be a central figure in the leadership team, driving clinical direction, supporting business performance and developing long-term strategy while continuing to nurture the next generation of clinicians.
