A well-established clinic, a genuinely supportive team, and the chance to reconnect with why you became a nurse
Feeling Stretched Too Thin?
If you are a Registered Veterinary Nurse who takes pride in doing things properly, not rushing through cases or cutting corners, this could be the kind of role that brings back your sense of purpose.
The Opportunity
We are working with a long-standing, much-loved small animal clinic in Notting Hill, that has built its reputation on consistency, care, and clinical standards that never slip. This is their original site, the one that shaped their identity, and it still carries that same sense of pride and belonging today.
This is a busy, well-established practice, but not in a chaotic way. The team is experienced, grounded, and genuinely collaborative. They are looking for a qualified RVN who enjoys being part of a close-knit environment where everyone pulls together, supports one another, and takes real ownership of patient care.
Here, success is not about rushing through appointments. It is about delivering thoughtful, high-quality nursing, building trust with clients, and being part of a team that values doing the job properly.
Why This Role Is Different
A Team That Actually Works Together
You will be joining a group that prioritises communication and mutual respect. This is not a place where nurses feel like an afterthought. Your voice, your observations, and your clinical input genuinely matter.
High Standards Without the Burnout
The clinic combines modern veterinary technology with strong clinical processes, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care rather than firefighting. You will have the tools and support needed to do your job well.
A Role With Real Variety and Responsibility
From administering treatments and monitoring patients to educating owners and supporting clinical decisions, you will be fully involved in patient care from start to finish. This is proper nursing, not just task-based work.
An Environment That Feels Good to Work In
The practice itself is modern, well-organised, and designed to support both clinical efficiency and team wellbeing. It is the kind of place where people enjoy coming to work.
Your Journey Here
In Your First Month
You will focus on settling into the team, understanding how the clinic operates, and getting comfortable with their systems and workflows. You will be supported every step of the way.
In Your First 3 Months
You will be confidently managing your nursing responsibilities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the smooth running of the clinic. Your confidence and autonomy will grow naturally.
In Your First 6 Months
You will be a trusted member of the team, playing a key role in patient care, supporting colleagues, and potentially beginning to explore areas of clinical interest or further development.
