They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is confident with routine surgery and medicine, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and motivated by the idea of removing barriers to care. Your Journey Here
In Your First Month
You will settle into the team, understand the clinic’s processes, and get to grips with how the free consultation model works in practice. You will build relationships with nurses and support staff and start managing a steady caseload.
By Three Months
You will be confidently handling a mix of surgical and medical cases, contributing to clinical discussions, and identifying areas of CPD that excite you. If a certificate is on your radar, conversations will already be underway.
By Six Months
You will be a trusted part of the clinical team, comfortable in the pace of the clinic and actively shaping how care is delivered. You may be progressing toward a funded certificate and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
