Multi-clinic variety | Beautifully designed clinics | A veterinary group rethinking the client and team experience

If You Love Variety But Still Want to Feel Part of Something

If you enjoy the variety of working across different clinics, meeting new teams, and seeing a wide range of cases, but still want to feel genuinely valued and supported, this could be exactly the kind of role you’ve been hoping to find.

The Opportunity

We’re working with a rapidly growing veterinary group across London and Hertfordshire that is rethinking what a veterinary clinic should feel like, both for the teams who work there and the clients who walk through the door.

Their vision is simple but ambitious. Create elegant, thoughtfully designed clinics where veterinary professionals can practice excellent medicine in an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to work in. Clinics where pets, owners, and teams feel comfortable the moment they arrive.

They are now looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to support their growing network of practices. Rather than being tied to one site, you’ll move between clinics, helping different teams when they need additional clinical support.

For the right vet, this creates something quite special. You experience different teams, environments, and caseloads, while still being part of one cohesive organisation that is building the veterinary group of the future.

Why This Role Is Different

Beautifully Designed, Purpose Built Clinics

These are not traditional veterinary spaces. Each clinic has been intentionally designed to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, both for clients and the team. The environment feels modern, elegant, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.

Variety Without Losing Continuity

You’ll support multiple clinics across the network. That means exposure to varied caseloads, different teams, and different working styles. At the same time, you’re still part of one organisation with shared systems, technology, and culture.

Technology That Supports Better Care

The group has invested heavily in purpose built, in house technology designed to streamline workflows and make access to veterinary care easier for clients. The goal is simple. Remove friction so clinical teams can focus on medicine and patient care.

A Culture That Puts People First

This organisation is intentionally building a people and animal first culture. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinary professionals who are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

A Growing Group With Real Momentum

With clinics expanding across London and Hertfordshire, you will be joining at an exciting stage of growth where there is genuine opportunity to develop your role and grow with the organisation.

Your Journey Here

In Your First Month
You’ll spend time getting to know the different clinics and teams you’ll be supporting. The focus will be on building relationships, understanding workflows, and getting comfortable with the systems and technology used across the group.

By Month Three
You’ll be confidently supporting multiple clinics, managing consultations, surgeries, and diagnostics while adapting easily to different teams and environments. You’ll start building familiarity with recurring clients and cases across the network.

By Six Months
You’ll be a trusted clinical presence across the group. Teams will know they can rely on you, and you’ll have developed strong working relationships across several clinics while continuing to expand your clinical skills.
